Session description
Our Scheduled Support category is designed to give you a bit more structure to your class choice, without you having to decide what class to do next. Here, I have put together my selection of our classes to build a plan to follow, in your own time.
For example, a 7 day Glute plan might be completed over 7 consecutive days or over 14-21 days mixed with your regular gym session or weekly walks with a day or 2 rest in between. The idea is to have the structure of a plan, as I would create if I were your personal trainer, at a time that works for you.
