Over the last 28 years I have helped thousands of people recover from injury, feel stronger, calmer and more flexible through my experience as a Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates teacher, Sport Rehabilitation Therapist, Gym & Studio Owner and Fitness Instructor.

My passion is to help people create a space for themselves to really, intentionally breathe, find calm and feel strong mentally & physically and as my family has grown, I have found that that only happens when we choose to make it happen.
