In this Rehab category the classes are designed around exercises I have taught for those with injuries, recovering from injuries and for injury prevention.
We cover the areas that most people have come to see me about over the years as a rehabilitation therapist… shoulder weakness, immobility, tension in the shoulders, weak hips, tight hips, lower back pain, knee pain, weak ankles… we all have imbalances in our bodies that we put up with, that then go on to cause problems. Here we try to correct that by creating new movement patterns and working together on these imbalances.
