Session description
This Mixed Ability category will allow us to explore more challenging poses and different variations of the postures, allowing us to flow through the class at different levels, yet still having the easier option to choose, if needed.
We will explore different styles of classes (Pilates, Yoga and Rehabilitation) as we change the flow, speed, range of movement… always being mindful of our body, breath, current limits but challenging ourselves, building on our strength, stamina and focus, where we can.
