Our monthly Challenge category is here to give you that bit more support, motivation and focus for you to start the month strong. I am with you for the start of every month for 10 consecutive days.
Here we challenge ourselves to try different class styles, try new equipment, challenge our body, challenge our mind, maybe slow down a bit more… most of the time, the main challenge is to make it happen and create that time to get on the mat BUT I promise, you’ll ALWAYS thank yourself for giving yourself that time and making it happen!
