Connection, Calm & community
Inspired Pilates is about more than just classes, it’s about connection, calm and community. Throughout the year, I host outdoor classes, restorative retreats, and wellbeing events designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and enjoy movement in a more meaningful way.
Each spring and summer, I offer Pilates in the Park, a free outdoor Pilates sessions open to everyone. Come on your own or bring a friend and enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Inspired Pilates Retreats, Events & Workshops
I also host Inspired Pilates Retreats, where we take time out to reset. Expect calming Pilates, nourishing yoga, guided meditation, and delicious, nutritious food, all carefully curated to help you rest, restore, and reconnect.
Alongside this, I run Events and Workshops focused on women’s health, mindfulness, stress, and nutrition, collaborating with trusted specialists to support and educate our community.
Everything is created with intention to help you feel good in your body, calm in your mind, and supported every step of the way as a valued member of Inspired Pilates.
