Session description
In this Props category we will use different pieces of equipment to see how they can change a posture from being easy to more advanced, how they can assist a move to help us create more freedom in our movement or how they can increase our range of movement, or support us in a stretch.
We will use the pilates circle, stability ball, small ball and resistance bands for support, assistance or to help create the ‘Pilates Shakes”.
