Our Tutorial category will break down the postures one by one to help give you an understanding of, and to explain the different variations of, the same pose. Postures can feel different by changing the hand position, hip placement, where your gaze is fixed… these small tips can make a big difference to your practice. Here I break down each move and guide you through the teaching points, going into more detail, to help you understand the pose and how it feels to you, without interrupting the flow of our regular class.
