Hi, I’m Susie Ferry, the founder of Inspired Pilates in Liverpool.
I am a busy mum of 3, with over 27 years of experience in health, rehabilitation and fitness.
I understand that time is limited so our 20-minute in-studio Pilates classes are designed to help you get the most out of your sessions leaving you invigorated, calmer, and more connected, both in body and mind.
I am here to support & motivate you and share my experiences in our supportive Community group.
